  Lorna who manages the Sherborne office is considerably unprofessional. Sends out staff who are extremely intimidating and who leave mess in people's homes.. Also a career who snoops through people's private things. She gave 1 week notice that my Mother's care is stopping. When I asked "When is the last time you did a feedback check on my Mum's main carer?" (because she told me she regular does them) she accused me of being offensive. The fact that most of these reviews are from staff rather than clients, really does not reflect the true thoughts of how good this company is.
